The Organisation Overview

We are a young and ambitious business founded 15 years ago with a mission to share our products with the world. A group of healthcare and business professionals set out to make this mission a reality, manufacturing and distributing essential healthcare products in over 50 countries globally. Our team continues to grow both globally and in Australia, with our Australian Office based in Melbourne.

We provide high-quality essential oils and household products through a distributor network and online channel. We also support communities through our global foundation and offer a supportive environment to our team.

The Role

You will report to the Marketing Manager and lead Product processes, executing deliverables to drive commercial success. This includes project managing all initiatives, understanding and commercially executing compliance regulations, managing trade marketing material, coordinating product pricing, and working closely with the Digital Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project manage all initiatives on time and budget for product design and information.
  • Understand and commercially execute compliance regulations for product and advertising guidelines.
  • Manage all Trade Marketing material and sales events.
  • Coordinate product pricing and product launch processes, packaging and educational materials.
  • Work closely with Digital Team to manage product pages to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience and success in a Product or Project Management role in FMCG or Pharmaceutical environment.
  • Understanding or experience with regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Possession of passion about brands and the wellness industry.
  • Ability to analyse data to understand insights for business improvement.
  • Agile with an entrepreneurial flair.
  • Willingness to work with a small and committed team.
