We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to internal and external customers, fostering a warm and welcoming community environment, and contributing to the success of our company.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive problem resolution by anticipating potential customer issues and resolving them efficiently.

• Foster a professional and welcoming environment for all customers.

• Attend daily requirements regarding space opening/closing, member needs, sales leads, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution.

• Work with the Space Team to facilitate event promotions and foster a community environment.

• Complete new member induction, onboarding/offboarding processes, and practices in line with organisational procedures.

• Provide excellent service to meeting rooms, including coffee deliveries and setting up rooms for day-to-day operation.

• Support other Team Members and Management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Ensure completion of the 'Daily Checklist' according to Space & Organisational procedures.

• Assist with projects and support Business Centre lead when required.

• Welcome enquiries with highest level of hospitality and follow current procedures.

• Assist with following up enquiries as directed from time to time.

• Host and organise networking and community events.

• Report and complete maintenance requests internally and with building management.

• Work with Team Members to maintain centre in excellent condition.

Requirements
  • Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service roles.

• University Graduate preferred.

• Strong self-awareness, moral values, empathy, passion, career aspirations, and positive living.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.

• Hotel Operations or Concierge background is a plus.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
