Job Summary

The ICT Manager oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of quality-accredited ICT and cyber security projects. This role involves developing project plans, coordinating resources, ensuring timely delivery, and managing risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage ICT project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Formulate and direct information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies, and plans.
  • Direct the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training.
  • Direct ICT operations and set priorities between system developments, maintenance, and operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Define project objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Monitor and control project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and cyber security standards.
  • Manage and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in ICT project management.
  • Proven experience in delivering complex ICT or cyber security projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, application development, and/or cyber security frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
