About This Role

As a ICT Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Head of ICT Operations to oversee the design, management and delivery of high-level technical support for Powerhouse ICT infrastructure systems operation across various platforms and locations.

  • Maintaining optimum system integrity, security, backup and performance is crucial in delivering the Museum's technology requirements.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is essential in ensuring timely delivery of the Museum's technology.

The Successful Candidate

This is a temporary position, lasting up to 4 years. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills and experience in IT operations management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure systems operation on various platforms and locations.
  • Providing high-level technical support for Powerhouse ICT infrastructure systems operation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of the Museum's technology.
