At the forefront of the Defence industry, we are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our Operations & Maintenance team. Based at Tindal RAAF Base in NT, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support the national security requirements of Australia.

The Role

You will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment, as well as diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment. Project work may also be required on fuel installation and related assets and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment
  • Diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment of fuel related assets and equipment
  • Project work as required on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require trade qualification in mechanical with relevant post-trade experience. Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas, is highly regarded. Experience working within the defence fuels network or defence industry is also highly valued.
