Key Player in Operations & Maintenance Team

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to support the Australian Defence Force across 100 locations nationwide. Your expertise will ensure effective and sustainable delivery.

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment.
  • Diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment of fuel related assets and equipment.
  • Project work as required on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment.
  • Support subcontracted work packages as required.
  • Regional travel to various sites throughout NT.

You will be a key player in delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers. As a strong team player, self-starter, and dedicated employee, you will draw on your experience and diverse skills to achieve this goal.

Requirements

The successful applicant should have:

  • Trade qualified (mechanical) with relevant post-trade experience.
  • Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas.
  • Experience working within the defence fuels network or defence industry highly regarded.
  • Confined space and working at heights tickets highly regarded.
  • Safety is paramount.
  • Current Defence Security Clearance or ability to obtain it.
