Fitter/Electrician Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrician/Electrical Fitter to join our autonomous and high-performing maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking preventative maintenance and fault response/repair of equipment in the field.
The role involves working on brownfield and greenfield sites, including Terminal and Zone substations and power distribution infrastructure on the AusNet Transmission Electricity Network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety of equipment;
- Responding to faults and repairing or replacing equipment as required;
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve maintenance objectives;
Requirements for the position include:
- Cert III Electrical Fitter/Electrical Mechanic or Cert III Electrotechnology Electrician (A Grade) qualification;
- Previous experience in HV Operating and industry experience from Utilities, Manufacturing or related sectors;
- Strong safety culture and exposure to using field mobility devices and PCs;
- Collaborative approach and Victorian Driver's Licence.
