Role Overview

This role is the backbone of our Regional University Hub, supporting First Nations students and coordinating local learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Hub.
  • Mentor and support Coordinators in Hubs across East Arnhem Land, promoting effective collaboration.
  • Support students with enrolment, study pathways, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with universities and training providers to deliver flexible learning solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Advocate for First Nations Peoples education & knowledge, voices, and aspirations.
About You

We seek an experienced professional with 2 years plus experience in a similar role, possessing:

  • Proven ability to mentor and support educators working in remote locations.
  • Experience delivering education services to First Nations Peoples.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative environments.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, ensuring efficient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using electronic student management systems.
  • A deep respect for cultural protocols and community-led decision-making processes.
  • A passion for education, equity, and social impact.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments.
