
Regional Education Coordinator

This role is the backbone of our Regional University Hub, supporting First Nations students and coordinating local learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Hub.
- Mentor and support Coordinators in Hubs across East Arnhem Land, promoting effective collaboration.
- Support students with enrolment, study pathways, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate with universities and training providers to deliver flexible learning solutions.
- Establish strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Advocate for First Nations Peoples education & knowledge, voices, and aspirations.
We seek an experienced professional with 2 years plus experience in a similar role, possessing:
- Proven ability to mentor and support educators working in remote locations.
- Experience delivering education services to First Nations Peoples.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative environments.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, ensuring efficient outcomes.
- Proficiency in using electronic student management systems.
- A deep respect for cultural protocols and community-led decision-making processes.
- A passion for education, equity, and social impact.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments.
