Job Title:

Tableau Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic Data Platform and Analytics Team.

Purpose:

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the Tableau environment, ensuring smooth data visualization operations for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance activities on on-premise Tableau to ensure optimal performance, such as monitoring system performance, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support for Tableau software-related issues, including software installations, updates, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements with existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on workstations to optimize performance and provide a seamless Tableau experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tableau administrator with strong knowledge of Tableau software, including administration, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support users effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and development groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of Tableau Cloud and its administration (desired).
