Job Title: Digital Platform Administrator

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Platform Administrator to oversee the management of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Access and Security: Ensure that only authorised personnel have access to our digital platforms.
  • Maintain Efficiency: Regularly update and optimise user access and permissions for improved efficiency.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Administer and manage tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, develop informative dashboards for data visualisation, and analyse and report on platform performance and usage.
  • User Documentation and Training: Create clear and detailed user documentation, develop training materials and guidelines, and conduct training sessions or workshops as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various teams to understand and fulfil their digital access requirements, maintain effective communication regarding updates, changes, and best practices, and solve problems independently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest digital platform management trends and data analysis techniques, recommend and implement improvements for better platform security, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital platform administration and data management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms including Google suite, Monsido, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Skills in data visualisation, dashboard creation, and technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, digital marketing, or a related field are desirable.
