Platform Operations Specialist

Main Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide feedback on material acquisitions and track document deadlines.
  • The selected candidate will assist the U.S. program team in preparing documentation associated with the platform.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating operational status of the platform and local request for support or issues.
  • Key to this role is coordinating feedback and findings from local program teams related to the platform performance.
  • This position involves coordinating logistical support needed for installations and training events.
  • We need someone to coordinate technical advice in the management of the platform.
  • The ideal candidate will also coordinate integration of software release, facility scheduled maintenance, and other platform downtime events.
  • Physical security of the platform must be monitored and any issues reported immediately.
  • Expertise in testing is required to facilitate coordination and evaluation of operational data.
  • The selected candidate will report the health of applications within the platform.
  • Maintaining a high-level calendar to track upcoming program reviews and milestone decisions is essential.
  • Developing briefings and presentations at various levels is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
  • A valid Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 6+ years in IT, Cyber Operations, and/or Engineering.
  • 3+ years in Program Management.
