About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, outcomes for clients, and driving and delivering projects and tasks on time and within an agreed budget. You will work closely with our team to plan projects and ensure their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, focusing on building strong relationships and trust
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
  • Proven working experience in senior management, in complex environments
  • Experience working in remote Australia, particularly with Indigenous communities, and a deep understanding of social, economic, training, and employment context in remote Australia
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Empathy and intuition, with the ability to apply excellent judgment in complex professional situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related project management software
