As a Program Manager at KBR, you will be responsible for the execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of professionals in a 24x7 mission-critical environment, ensuring the continuous availability of critical systems and facilities infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, leveraging advanced tools and practices to drive innovation and operational readiness.
- Manage budgets and financial frameworks, scrutinizing and sanctioning financial reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Champion cross-functional team efforts to deliver synchronized services, integrating multiple programs and projects to achieve business goals.
- Strategize and allocate funds for risk mitigation, ensuring the effective management of risks and opportunities.
- Maintain a transparent and proactive dialogue with the Government, ensuring strong customer service and regulatory adherence.
- Enforce all contractual, regulatory, and compliance mandates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Requirements
- 10 years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing a large multi-disciplinary workforce.
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or host nation PV clearance.
- Strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills, with a solid foundation in business concepts and accounting principles.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in project management concepts, process improvement models (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000), and long-range business plans.
- Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects, with a strong understanding of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities.
