Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of professionals in a 24x7 mission-critical environment, ensuring the continuous availability of critical systems and facilities infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs/projects.
- Manage financial frameworks and reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Champion cross-functional team efforts to deliver synchronized services, promoting holistic integration and risk management.
- Maintain a transparent and proactive dialogue with the Government, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
- Develop and implement long-range business plans, leveraging business strategy and process improvement models to drive growth and innovation.
- Build and sustain high-performing integrated teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing a large multi-disciplinary workforce.
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or host nation PV clearance.
- Strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills, with a solid foundation in business concepts and accounting principles.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in project management concepts, process improvement models, and business strategy.
- Experience working in 24x7 mission-critical environments, supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance.
