Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Contracts Manager to join our team in a corporate office. This is an exciting opportunity to manage global contract registers and business proposal activities for overseas Product Care programs.

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager of Product Care and be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders on contract progress and timeframes, managing end-to-end Request for Proposals (RFPs), responding to enquiries related to existing contracts, and contributing to the evaluation of new initiatives.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on contract progress and timeframes.
  • Manage end-to-end Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Respond to enquiries related to existing contracts.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new initiatives.

This role requires strong relationship building skills, expertise in product sales, and experience in category, vendor, and contract management. You will also have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to facilitate meetings and present in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Expertise in product sales and advising on best-selling practices.
