**About this role**:
This global consultancy, with 25 years of experience successfully delivering award winning projects, is looking to appoint an Assistant BIM Manager into their thriving Sydney team. They offer fully integrated design services that include master-planning, architecture, and interior design, working across Residential, Mixed-Use, Aged Care, Hospitality and Commercial projects.

If you think you have what it takes to understand how Revit will effect project workflows and project management, whilst improving efficiencies, systems and processes - this might be the job for you. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a top-tier practice and a background in medium to large scale projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage BIM components of projects across multiple sectors
- Resolve BIM design issues
- Pro-active improvement of BIM standards and processes - company templates, families/content creation and manage standard libraries
- Develop and implement new company protocols according to the BIM workflow
- Provide support and conduct internal training for team members
- Manage the implementation of supporting software for BIM, staying informed on BIM related products and assess their incorporation to the company workflow
- Manage the BIM strategy and outlook for the practice

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of Autodesk BIM360 environment
- Ideally trained as an architect or a technician
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of people
- Confident can-do attitude
- Previous experience working in BIM Model Management/Coordination
