About the Role:

In this role, you will work with our high-performance team to ensure smooth contract terminations, manage client relationships and deliver excellent service. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing contract terminations and ensuring accuracy in a timely manner
  • Providing quotes for early termination and end-of-lease payouts within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensuring smooth Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) processing of unfunded vehicle/client owned sales

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Accounts receivables/invoicing process knowledge
  • Solid customer service experience and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills
