Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and success by managing our global contract registers and business proposal activities. This role requires strong negotiation and influencing skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for driving business growth, as well as manage end-to-end Request for Proposals (RFPs) from requirements definition to contract agreement.

Additionally, you will respond to enquiries related to existing contracts, contribute to the evaluation of new initiatives, and participate in evaluating key contract renewals. You will also assist with the development of training materials for franchisee audiences and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting commitments for all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales role with a solid understanding of retail processes and practices
  • Strong relationship-building skills complemented by expertise in product sales and advising on best-selling practices
  • Experience in category, vendor, and contract management, with an understanding of contract law and the ability to assess agreements for risk and recommend mitigation strategies
