
Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Scrub Scout Registered Nurse to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at a leading healthcare provider.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, be able to efficiently plan, coordinate, and evaluate care needs in a rapidly changing environment. They will also have the ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
The selected individual will be required to possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a RN Scrub Scout with recent experience in an Orthopaedic environment. AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is essential, and current Advanced Life Support Certification is also required.
The successful candidate will be expected to work on a part-time basis (minimum 32 hours per week) with flexibility to be rostered over a variety of shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective care plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a RN Scrub Scout
- Recent experience in an Orthopaedic environment

- Current Advanced Life Support Certification
