About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide advanced clinical care and leadership in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.

The successful candidate will be working in the Internal Medicine Unit, Ward 5C, delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert clinical assessment, planning, and problem-solving in managing patients with acute medical, diabetes and endocrine care, and/or medically unstable eating disorders.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to support nursing staff, students, and the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives, research, and the development of evidence-based nursing practices.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in acute medical, diabetes and endocrine care, and/or medically unstable eating disorders.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor, educate, and support a diverse nursing team.
