About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives.
  • As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical reasoning skills and be able to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that meet the needs of each client.
  2. Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  3. Conduct vocational assessments and provide counseling to support clients' return to work.
  4. Collaborate with medical specialists and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional is sufficient) or Occupational Therapy.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
