Corporate Services Specialist

Our team is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Specialist to provide a range of corporate services, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, and corporate advisory.

The successful candidate will support the team across various sectors, including technology, intellectual property, antitrust, tax, real estate, and employment. They will play a key role in advising clients on high-profile corporate law issues and contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

  • Provide corporate services, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, and corporate advisory.
  • Support the team across sectors such as technology, IP, antitrust, tax, real estate, and employment.
  • Advise international and domestic clients on high-profile corporate law issues.
  • Contribute to business development and manage client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong background in corporate law, M&A, and cross-border transactions in a large international or City firm
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Outstanding academics
  • Technically excellent
  • Willingness to be involved in business development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
