Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives

  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Work closely with the design team to develop and execute landing pages and other marketing materials

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and track business growth and performance benchmarks
  • Communicate campaign performance and results to the leadership team and stakeholders
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing professional who has a strong background in customer acquisition and conversion. The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer organization with a strong online presenceExperience managing significant annual growth and developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenueStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with marketing tools and technical marketing needs, including automation, attribution, and analyticsA strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, affiliate marketing, and email marketingA proven track record of managing significant budgets and driving growth and revenue
