Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead client engagement and project delivery for municipal clients. As a key member of our team, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, collaborate with project teams for successful delivery, and develop effective client engagement plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with municipal clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Develop Client Engagement Plans: Create tailored strategies to engage with clients, build trust, and drive business growth.
  • Manage Proposals and Contract Negotiations: Oversee the development and submission of proposals, as well as contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Mentor Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer licensed.
  • Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong public sector business development skills, including proposal writing and contract negotiation.
