Operations Crew Member

In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in delivering essential services to the community as an Operations Crew Member with our construction team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of high-quality road and transport infrastructure for the community.
  • Undertake manual labouring tasks, operate small tools and machinery, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deliver safe, compliant, and efficient outcomes for the community.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in construction and/or maintenance operating small handheld tools, equipment, and machinery relevant to the field.
  • Proven ability to follow instructions within a team environment and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and operating devices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in delivering information on operational and maintenance services.
  • Hold and maintain C Class Drivers Licence, Traffic Control Combo, and WHS Induction Card.
