Casual Property Manager Position

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Property Manager to conduct property inspections in the Adelaide area. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to work at your own pace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of properties, including ingoing and outgoing checks
  • Manage a portfolio of properties in and around Adelaide
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, utilising your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Holding a current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)
  • Driver's Licence
  • Able to create and send invoices for work completed and obtain an Australian Business Number
  • Possess a reliable vehicle for transportation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of experience in property management
