Marketing and Communications Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our well-established business, reporting to the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, managing a small team of marketing specialists.

  • A Bachelor level qualification in Marketing or a related field is desirable.
  • At least two years' experience as a Marketing Manager, with a proven track record of success in developing and delivering comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically and plan and measure advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software, including HubSpot marketing.
  • An understanding of Digital Marketing, including Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, EDM Marketing, and Website Optimisation.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing a Marketing and Communications Strategy and Plan.
  2. Implementing and developing a Media and Sponsorship Strategy and Plan.
  3. Creating and monitoring an EDM strategy.
  4. Generating new business leads.
  5. Managing and coordinating all advertising campaigns, including digital marketing.
  6. Leading a professional team to meet and deliver organisational strategy and goals.
  7. Driving continuous improvement and growth through ongoing monitoring, evaluation and improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and direct workflow.
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, EDM Marketing, and Website Optimisation.
