About the Role: Your Opportunity to Shape Our Brand

This vital role will support a diverse team across property management, project marketing, and sales, offering a unique platform to significantly expand our brand recognition and market knowledge. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies. This involves the creation and management of diverse marketing materials and campaigns designed to elevate the Colliers Toowoomba brand. We're looking for your fresh, creative approach to our internal marketing strategy and your ability to provide insightful market intelligence that fuels our growth.
• Marketing and Event Calendar Coordination. You'll manage a range of branding initiatives, community engagement events, sponsorship opportunities, and market research, delivering updates across both digital and print platforms.
• Brand and Social Media Content Management. You will refine and implement our social media content schedule, ensuring brand consistency and a strong market presence while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Internal and External Communications. This includes writing compelling content for various communications and media publications, as well as ensuring timely and engaging updates across our digital channels.
• Provider Relationship Management. You'll maintain regular contact with representatives from various platforms, ensuring our team are well-informed about new products and valuable marketing opportunities.
• Be Our Marketing Strategist. You will continually provide insightful recommendations to the management team on best practices and innovative marketing techniques, becoming a key contributor to our marketing processes.
