This role involves managing and processing employee information, including efficient and quality administration support, uploading and checking documents, and providing advice and guidance on HR processes and employment law concepts.
About this RoleIn this position, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for:
- Managing Employee Information: Processing new hire paperwork, updating employee records, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Providing Expert Advice: Offering guidance on HR processes, employment law, and company policies to employees and management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in high-volume HR administration or coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience using HRIS software, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
