Park Grounds Management Opportunity

Our team is looking for a Park Grounds Manager to join our maintenance crew at a beautiful resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of presentation at the property and its surrounding areas.

  • Maintain the quality of presentation at the property and its surroundings;">
  • Supervise and lead the groundskeeping team;">
  • Undertake grounds care tasks including mowing, fertilising, and gardening;">
  • Carry out irrigation system maintenance and management;">
  • Maintain all tools and equipment (unless tradespersons are required);">
  • Care and service the pool and spa areas;">
  • Vigilantly identify and report hazards and risks within the workplace that could cause harm;">
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS RELATIONSHIPS WITH GUESTS, COLLEAGUES AND MANAGEMENT;">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A comprehensive understanding of horticulture, machinery and irrigation;">
  • Pools Maintenance Experience;">
  • Strong knowledge of chemicals (AQF 3);">
  • Exceptional communication, management and leadership skills;">
  • A Certificate in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens would be an advantage;">
