About the Role

As a supervisor you will provide high-quality service to guests while maintaining park grounds and amenities. You will also coach and train your team to ensure exceptional standards are maintained.

  • Maintain public open spaces to a high standard.
  • Complete works to a high-quality standard and according to instructions.
  • Maintain garden beds, lawns, and plants.
  • Manage site maintenance and repairs for guest and resident accommodation.
  • Regularly check and attend to general repairs.
  • Respond to queries and escalate as necessary.
  • Ensure rubbish bins are collected and emptied.
  • Clean and maintain pool area.
  • Arrange and administer tool and equipment repairs.
  • Maintain a maintenance register.
About You

Demonstrated experience in grounds/maintenance roles is essential.

Full 'C' class drivers license is required.

Leadership and direction skills are crucial.

Excellent customer service and teamwork are vital.
