This casual role is an excellent chance to join our team as a Groundskeeper, where you will be responsible for maintaining the general grounds and facilities of our park.

You will work closely with the Park Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests and residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and develop your problem-solving skills.

We are seeking someone who is friendly, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile for our guests and residents. You should be a confident communicator, organized and reliable, with a knack for staying on top of tasks. A full 'C' Class Driver's Licence and Working With Children check are also essential requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend to matters outside of office hours, including noise complaints, linen supply, washing tokens, change for games room, light bulb replacement, heater/kettle repair, electricity faults/safety switches, and key access to BBQ
  • Support with cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas
  • Keep housekeeping and maintenance updated when rooms have been vacated or when residents/guests require assistance
  • Conduct regular walk-arounds, lock-ups, and after-hours pool checks to maintain park safety and security
  • Be the friendly voice after hours, manage the night phone, and assist with late check-ins when needed
Requirements:
  • Friendly, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond for guests/residents
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Organized and reliable, with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable using computers and handling administrative tasks with ease
  • Full 'C' Class Driver's Licence and Working With Children check
