Physiotherapist Senior Clinician Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Level 3 Physiotherapist to join our Subacute Aged Care team.

This position is ideal for a clinician with demonstrated expertise in clinical supervision, service evaluation, and advanced practice within aged care or Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM).

The successful applicant will play a key leadership role in supporting the clinical development of team members, driving quality improvement initiatives, and delivering expert, person-centred care to older adults with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical development of team members and supervise junior staff.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives in subacute aged care and GEM settings.
  • Deliver expert, person-centred care to older adults with complex health needs.
  • Contribute to service evaluation and development of clinical practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Physiotherapist Level 3.
  • Experience in aged care or Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM).
  • Experience in clinical supervision and service evaluation.
