We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Infrastructure Manager to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our rail infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the annual rail upgrade and maintenance program.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational managers and teams.
- Manage and execute general project engineering initiatives from the capital program.
- Coordinate annual detailed inspections and patrol inspections by third-party providers.
- Prepare and submit proposals for capital funding as part of the capital budgeting process.
- A solid understanding of rail freight operations and experience dealing with the Rail Regulator.
- Rail accreditations and rail safety inductions preferred.
- Qualifications in mechanical or structural engineering or a similar field.
- Contractor management experience.
- Familiarity with the heavy industry resources/construction industry.
- Exposure to relevant safety and project management legislation standards and methodologies.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
