Job Title: Fiscal Strategist

The organization seeks a Fiscal Strategist to provide financial guidance and analysis, collaborating closely with senior management.

About the Position

This role will involve:

  • Creating, implementing, and monitoring detailed financial plans and forecasts;
  • Liaising with business departments to ensure accurate budget preparation and regular updates;
  • Providing analysis options for revenue growth and driving cost efficiency;
  • Developing financial models, conducting benchmarking, and analyzing processes;
  • Responding to financial requests and providing advice where required.

To be successful, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification, experience, and full membership with a recognized accounting body. You will be able to deal with complex concepts comfortably and use numbers to convey information and insights. You must have analytical and conceptual skills to reason through problems and analyze issues from different perspectives. Accuracy is key, and you should observe fine details and identify gaps in information. You will thrive in a dynamic working environment.

Prior experience with D365 would be advantageous.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
