Leadership Position: Director of Formation
The role of the Director of Formation is to provide strategic leadership in the development and delivery of formation services.
About the Role
- Collaborate with a panel of consultants to develop and implement formation programs that support the Catholic Identity of an organization.
- Plan and deliver formation content that enhances the integrity of the organization's mission and values.
- Work with ministry boards to develop and implement formation planning and strategies.
- Manage and report on formation programs, ensuring accountability and effectiveness.
- Participate in a team environment, providing quality communications and resources.
Your Background
- You are a senior leader with 5 years of experience in formation or mission-focused roles, holding tertiary qualifications in theology, religious studies, or a related field.
- Understanding of governance structures and experience in developing and implementing formation programs are essential for this role.
