Transformation Director Opportunity

About this role: We are seeking a transformation director to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive business and digital transformation, while showcasing the critical contribution of engineering to Australia's economic future.
- Transformation Experience: Contemporary skills and experience at Board or CEO level overseeing large-scale business and digital transformation;
- Strategic People and Culture Change Expertise: Knowledge of workforce and volunteer management models in membership organizations or those with a significant volunteer base;
- Economic Outlook and Positioning: Understanding of capital markets, institutional investment, and the value of engineering in the Australian economy.
Key qualifications include leadership, integrity, curiosity, courage, interpersonal skills, communication skills, passion, and an active contributor. Diversity among directors brings different perspectives to our deliberations. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds.
This is an initial 2-year term with potential for re-appointment by the Board. Approximately 30 days per annum commitment for meetings and preparation, excluding travel time.
