Leadership Excellence Transformation Manager

This role is crucial in driving a cultural shift from reactive to proactive problem-solving within our organization. As a Leadership Excellence Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the adoption of scientific thinking and the Baxter Operating System across all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching leadership teams in adopting the Baxter Operating System and daily improvement routines.
  • Mentoring project leads in applying problem-solving techniques to drive sustainable improvement initiatives.
  • Establishing meaningful metrics with senior leadership to reflect learning, engagement, and progress towards scientific thinking.
  • Developing leadership capabilities by working closely with frontline leaders to build coaching skills and fostering a culture of learning and experimentation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in a Science or Engineering field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing management or manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven track record in lean transformation with a deep understanding of Toyota Production System (TPS) or equivalent tools and methodologies.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to lead change without direct authority.
