Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading data-driven brand marketing initiatives. Your expertise will help drive business impact through strategic leadership, partner with cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts or data specialists, promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards and KPIs across digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization analysis.
  • Oversee the collection, integration, and governance of marketing data from multiple platforms.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving business impact through data.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution modeling.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles supporting digital marketing analytics, data management, or marketing performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Excel, and marketing automation platforms.
