**Federal Government Contract Opportunity: Training Delivery and Support Officer
We are seeking an experienced Training Delivery and Support Officer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for training and development, looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced government environment.
About the Role:
- This 18-month contract offers a unique opportunity to drive training content creation, delivery, and continuous evolution in a dynamic federal government setting.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure staff and external users are equipped to implement new systems and procedures effectively.
About You:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
- A proven track record of creating engaging training content and delivering effective training sessions is crucial for this role.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LearnHub or Rise360 for content development and release is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
