- The School Psychologist will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our students.
- Counselling Support: Provide individualised counselling to students and their families experiencing social, emotional, physical or academic concerns.
- Student Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of student needs and devise targeted strategies to enhance welfare and education outcomes for students.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with parents, teachers and school leadership to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Referral Services: Provide referrals to external health professionals as required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Required Qualifications: Postgraduate qualifications in educational psychology, child and adolescent psychology, student counselling or school psychology are highly desirable.
