As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of students.
About this Role:- You will provide individual and group counselling to students experiencing social, emotional, physical or academic concerns.
- Conduct assessments of student needs and develop strategies to enhance welfare and education outcomes.
- Liaise with staff to ensure holistic support for students and devise preventative mental health programs.
- Provide risk and safety assessments.
- Refer students to external health professionals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and files.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in psychology, postgraduate qualifications in educational psychology, child and adolescent psychology, student counselling or school psychology.
