Associate Nurse Unit Manager in Endoscopy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team in the Endoscopy department. The successful candidate will have strong clinical leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, extensive experience working in endoscopy services, and clinical leadership experience. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to customer-focused service and a high standard of professionalism.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall performance and success of the Endoscopy department.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive remuneration package, including base salary, superannuation, and additional allowances based on experience level and qualifications.
