Clinical Support Professional - Orthopaedics & Endoscopy

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer top-notch clinical support to customers, focusing on products and maintaining extensive product knowledge
  • Support surgical procedures in hospital settings as needed, utilizing a range of products
  • Manage the clinical training schedule and ensure alignment with sales strategies
  • Enhance operational efficiency by coordinating surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives
  • Evaluate and optimize the shared calendar for seamless execution
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer profiles and preferences
  • Foster collaboration, clear communication, and efficient execution among team members
  • Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the medical field or theatre setting, or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy, along with a solid understanding of related products and terminology
  • Adequate knowledge of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures
  • Understanding of the Australian healthcare system, including its complexities and challenges
  • Proficiency in selling skills and computer applications, particularly MS Office
