Job Opportunity:

The Director of Real Estate Private Credit plays a pivotal role in the success of our business by overseeing senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity transactions.

This position involves collaborating closely with the wider Real Estate business unit to ensure effective delivery of analysis and investment papers across various transactions.

You will be responsible for managing ongoing project and investment monitoring, as well as overseeing systems and databases to ensure accurate data flow to investors, finance and management.

  • Deliver high-quality analysis and investment papers across various transactions.
  • Manage complex project and investment monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate data flow through systems and databases.
  • Drive business success through transaction analysis and ad-hoc project work.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualified with 10-15 years' experience in structured real estate finance.
  • Deep experience in the local property sector, including direct credit risk underwriting and analysis.
  • Proven project management skills for complex deals.
  • Experience reviewing finance and security documentation and providing investment structuring advice.
