Dispute Resolution Specialist

Effective dispute resolution is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships. As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving life claims decisions with a fair and unbiased approach.
You will analyze areas of disputes to determine compliance with relevant regulations, processes, and standards. Your written responses to customer complaints will be well-researched and thorough, ensuring that customers receive appropriate resolutions. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will work towards resolving customer disputes, repairing damaged relationships, and retaining customers at risk of attrition.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex complaints
- In-depth understanding of life insurance claims handling practices and procedures
- A comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry terminology
