Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a pragmatic and commercially-minded lawyer to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of legal experience, with a strong background in complex corporate transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and renewables projects.
  • Advise finance, marketing, procurement, and infrastructure teams on commercial and operational matters.
  • Assist with competition law issues and litigation.
  • Support the General Counsel on various legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Must have a degree in Law with a current practising certificate.
  • Hold excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
  • Have strong business acumen, be solution-focused, and commercially-minded.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
