About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our National Talent Attraction Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment activities across our hospitals nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for current and future vacancies.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance on best practice talent engagement processes.
  • Provide expert advice and coordination of the end-to-end recruitment process, including training and supporting hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
  • Maintain confidential employee and payroll records.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience in using job boards such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions, SEEK, and other job boards to proactively source candidates.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.
