As an Administrative Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Screening: Assist with screening applications against selection criteria, often in high-volume candidate pools, to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Interview Coordination: Assist with organizing interviews, Assessment Days, and Orientation Days for candidates to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
  • Data Entry: Enter new employee details into internal systems with high accuracy to maintain data integrity.
  • Candidate Documentation: Assist with the collection, collation, and monitoring of all candidate documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support across reporting and project works to the Recruitment Team Leader as required.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Experience in office administration in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of high-volume data entry and processing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage high-volume calls and interact with candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
  • NDIS and Blue Card Requirements: A current NDIS Workers Screening Check and a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or be willing to apply for one, as well as complete the free online NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
