We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our General Assembly, playing a vital role in overseeing the organisation's governance and direction.

As a General Assembly member, you will contribute to electing Board members, supervising Board performance, accepting the Annual Report, and appointing the external auditor.

  • Accept the GPAP Annual Report to drive organisational growth
  • Appoint an external auditor to maintain transparency
Key Responsibilities

Election of Board members who align with our mission and purpose

High-level supervision of Board performance to achieve strategic objectives

Acceptance of the GPAP Annual Report to ensure accountability

Appointment of the external auditor to promote transparency and integrity

Selection Criteria

Commitment to Greenpeace's values, mission, and purpose is essential

Candidates should possess skills, experience, and knowledge in areas such as environmental preservation, financial management, strategic planning, and understanding of the Australian legal and political landscape
